ppDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p pbERP Project Manager - D365 FO Deployment /b /p pbLanguages: /b Native-level Italian and business-level English /p pbB2B contract: /b initial 6 months with possible extension /p pbHyrbrid: /b1-2 days a week to Milan, Italy /p pbStart Date: /b ASAP ideally /p pbRole /b /p pAs part of the SmartCo global delivery team, supporting a leading global D365 Finance Operations transformation, the ERP Project Manager will lead the successful deployment of D365 FO within Italy. /p pWorking closely with the Systems Integrator, global programme leadership, and local business stakeholders, the Project Manager will drive delivery activities across the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring alignment to the global template whilst managing local business, regulatory, data, testing, training and change requirements. This role is ideal for an experienced ERP Project Manager who can bridge global programme objectives with local market needs, ensuring successful adoption and business outcomes. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liAct as the in-country delivery lead for the D365 FO rollout. /li liPartner with the Systems Integrator (SI), SmartCo programme team, and local stakeholders to drive successful delivery and adoption.



/li liCoordinate local project activities including mobilisation, business engagement, testing, training, data migration, cutover and go-live readiness. /li liManage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies and status reporting. /li liFacilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions in both the local language and English. /li liEnsure local requirements are understood and appropriately aligned to the global D365 template and programme governance. /li liSupport business readiness, user adoption and transition into hypercare and BAU support. /li /ul pbExperience Required /b /p ul liProven experience delivering ERP transformation programmes as a Project Manager. /li liExperience with Microsoft D365 FO or other enterprise ERP platforms (SAP4/HANA, Oracle fusion, Navision, Dynamics etc). /li liStrong stakeholder management and delivery leadership skills. /li liExperience working with Systems Integrators and global delivery teams. /li liFluency in the local country language and English. xysqume /li liExperience delivering finance and operational system implementations is highly desirable. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
