ppTrevi SpA, for major projects in Rome, is looking for a: /p pbSite Manager /b /p pThe resource oversees and ensures the execution of activities at the assigned site, with an impact on time/costs, quality, and safety, in compliance with environmental regulations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with Safety, Environmental, and Quality regulations on construction sites. /li liOperate in accordance with the applicable local legislation. /li liParticipate in preparing the work schedule, verifying its feasibility and possible optimizations. /li liEnsure the execution of the work schedule, monitoring progress in line with the expected timelines and standards. /li liGuarantee the progression and continuity of activities in accordance with the work schedule and the “Method Statement”. /li liPlan and coordinate the activities of the work team, ensuring high-quality performance and fostering a motivated and collaborative environment, in line with the Code of Ethics and company values. /li liAssign tasks to the team in compliance with suitability requirements and current regulations. /li liCollect and submit reports on the progress of activities. /li liReport any issues or non-conformities to the Project Manager,



proposing timely corrective actions within the scope of responsibility. /li liManage relationships with suppliers, clients, and the Works Management to ensure proper execution of activities, as well as with the authorities responsible for authorizations and logistics (e.g., waste disposal). /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Geological Sciences.
