We produce ambitious books, editorial projects and creative work for our own publishing programme as well as for leading international brands and cultural partners. /p pWe are looking for abSenior Project Manager /bto join our Milan team and take a central role in managing ERG's growing portfolio of publishing, creative and agency projects. /p pThis is a senior, hands-on position for someone who is exceptionally organised, proactive and comfortable operating at the centre of a fast-moving creative company. You will work closely with our CEO, COO, editors, designers, producers, print production and marketing teams, managing projects from brief through production, launch and final delivery. /p h3Key responsibilities: /h3 ul liOwn multiple publishing, creative and agency projects from brief to final delivery /li liBuild and maintain detailed project timelines, milestones and dependencies /li liMaintain a clear overview of all active projects and establish weekly priorities /li liManage ERG publishing titles across editorial, design, image research, print production and launch /li liHelp manage ERG's annual publishing calendar and coordinate launch dates across titles /li liCoordinate designers, editors, producers, photographers, writers and external collaborators /li liOrganise internal reviews, partner reviews, approvals and feedback cycles /li liIdentify bottlenecks, delays and dependencies early and actively resolve them /li liLead regular project and production meetings /li liTranslate creative briefs into clear scopes,



deliverables and production plans /li liCoordinate agency and partner projects from brief through delivery /li liEnsure clear ownership and next steps across multidisciplinary teams /li liPrepare concise project status reporting for the CEO and COO /li liTrack project completion and coordinate invoicing milestones /li liOwn and maintain ERG's project-management environment in ClickUp /li liImprove workflows, templates, automations and project-management processes /li liMaintain project documentation, onboarding materials and production playbooks /li /ul pThis role sits at the heart of ERG's day-to-day operations. When you own a project, the team should always know where it stands, what needs to happen next, who is responsible and what could prevent it from being delivered successfully. /p h3You should have: /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in project management, production or creative operations /li liProven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously /li liExperience in publishing, editorial, a creative agency, luxury, fashion, design, art or another creative industry /li liExceptional organisational and project-management skills /li liStrong understanding of creative production workflows /li liExcellent written and spoken English /li liStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills /li liConfidence working directly with senior leadership and external partners /li liAbility to translate creative briefs into actionable production plans /li liStrong prioritisation skills and the ability to distinguish between what is urgent and what is genuinely important /li liExperience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday,



Notion or similar project-management platforms /li liConfidence holding colleagues and collaborators accountable to agreed deadlines /li liA proactive approach to identifying and solving problems /li liAbility to remain calm and effective when priorities change /li liExcellent attention to detail without losing sight of the larger project /liliCommercial awareness around scope, resources, timelines and budgets /li liComfort working across international teams, suppliers and time zones /li liFluent English; Italian is advantageous but not essential /li liBased in Milan or willing to relocate to Milan /li /ul pbPublishing or complex editorial production experience is strongly preferred. /b /p pWe are particularly interested in candidates who combinebstructure with creative sensitivity /b. This is not a purely administrative project-management position.
