You will be a key advocate for the customer, helping engineering teams identify risks early, prioritize critical issues, and continuously improve software quality through data-driven decisions. /ppbr / /ppstrongYour Responsibilities /strong /ppstrongDrive Quality Throughout Development /strong /pulliDefine and monitor Software Quality Development indicators across all project phases /liliProactively detect, escalate,
and resolve quality risks to protect project milestones and customer satisfaction /liliSupport engineering teams in achieving quality objectives from development through launch /li /ulpstrongRepresent the Voice of the Customer /strong /pulliBring customer expectations and quality requirements into project decision-making /liliAssess risks and mitigation plans through SOP and warranty phases /liliEnsure customer feedback is translated into concrete improvement actiions /li /ulpstrongLead Issue Prioritization Resolution /strong /pulliCoordinate structured issue prioritization activities with engineering teams /liliUse warranty, validation, survey and defect data to focus efforts on the most critical issues /liliDrive root cause analysis and corrective actions, ensuring effective implementation and closure /li /ulpstrongStrengthen Supplier Partner Quality /strong /pulliSupport suppliers and partners in achieving quality convergence targets /liliReview RFQ packages with a quality-focused approach, emphasizing robustness, warranty performance and benchmarking /liliEnsure alignment with Stellantis quality expectations from the earliest project phases /li /ulpstrongPromote Continuous Improvement /strong /pulliDeploy lessons learned from field issues,
warranty data and benchmarking activities /liliLeverage post-launch performance data to improve future programs /liliTrack risk mitigation plans and ensure timely execution of corrective actiions /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongYour Qualification, Skills and Experience /strong /ppbr / /pulliMaster's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field /liliMore than 10 years of experience in Quality or Project Management /liliStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management tools /liliExcellent analytical, leadership and communication skills /liliExperience with Infotainment, Displays and/or Clusters in an OEM or Tier 1 environment /liliAbility to troubleshoot interactions between on-board and off-board systems /liliStrong capability to identify priorities and risks and escalate them appropriately /liliFluent English and Italian (at least B2) /liliComfortable operating in a global environment and reporting to senior management /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongOur Offer /strong /pulliSalary range: from 53000 € to 65000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements /liliCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area /li /ulpbr / /ppemAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
