ppOur Client is a leading Corporation in the brass and copper products and we are searching on their behalf a bSenior Buyer /bspecialized in bNon Ferrous Metals /bsegment operating in bEuropean Markets /b, who will be based in one of the Client's European Facilities. /p pPosizione: /p pWe are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Non-Ferrous Metals Senior Buyer in EU markets. /p pThe person will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing non-ferrous metals from individuals, businesses, and industrial facilities. /p pThe primary goal will be to identify non-ferrous metals and negotiate fair prices, while adhering to recycling regulations and fostering strong relationships within the non-ferrous metals community. /p h3Responsabilities /h3 ul liIdentify various grades of non-ferrous metals . /li liEvaluate the quality and quantity of non-ferrous metals to determine their value and suitability for recycling. /li liSafely and accurately store non-ferrous metals. /li liEnsure compliance with environmental and safety regulations throughout the buying process. /li liMaintain accurate records of transactions, weights, and prices. /li liBale, shear, and sort materials for shipping and receiving. /li liStay up-to-date with market trends, metal prices,



and industry developments to make informed buying decisions. /li liCollaborate with the recycling team to optimize processes and contribute to the overall success of the recycling operation. /li liPromote the company's commitment. /li /ul h3Requisiti /h3 pRequired skills: /p ul liFluent English, other languanges as French, Spanish or German wil be a plus /li liProven experience as a Scrap Metal Buyer or in a similar role, preferably in the recycling or metal industry. /li liIn-depth knowledge of different types of metals, their grades, and market pricing. /li liStrong communication skills to engage effectively with sellers and maintain positive relationships. /li liFamiliarity with environmental regulations and safety protocols related to copper recycling. /li liExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and data management. /li liWilling and eager to learn.
