You'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and management, ensuring Agile principles are embedded while supporting continuous improvement across people, processes, and delivery. /ppYou'll play a key role in developing team capability, removing impediments, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and adapting Agile practices where appropriate to best support project outcomes. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. /liliSupport Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritisation. /liliCoach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices and continuous improvement. /liliHelp establish and develop new Agile teams, increasing their capability and maturity over time. /liliIdentify, manage and remove impediments impacting delivery. /liliWork across two delivery teams simultaneously. /liliBuild strong relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders and senior management. /liliProtect teams from external pressures while maintaining delivery commitments. /liliIntroduce appropriate improvements to Agile processes where they add value. /liliDefine, monitor and report on Agile and team performance KPIs. /liliEnsure agreed Agile standards,
