Transportation Operations Manager(B2B System)

What You'll Do

- Responsible for the development, iteration and implementation of B2B capacity operation systems. Align with business requirements to optimize system functions, unblock data pipelines and support efficient digital operations for B2B transportation.
- System Planning & Iteration Lead requirement gathering for B2B capacity operations. Oversee function planning, version iteration and upgrade of TMS and related systems to fit B2B business scenarios.
- Project Delivery Lead B2B‑related system projects. Align resources from R&D;, business and product teams. Track system development, testing and go‑live to ensure on‑time project delivery.
- Process & System Adaptation Define B2B system‑based operating standards and workflows. Supervise front‑line teams and service providers to follow system requirements. Resolve business‑related system issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Data & Report Management Oversee B2B transportation operational data governance.



Build operational reporting frameworks and generate data‑driven insights to support business decisions.
- Collaboration & Enablement Work with product and R&D; teams to deliver system requirements. Organize system operation training for internal teams and service providers to drive adoption of digital tools.

About You

- Industry Experience: 5+ years
- Position Experience: 3+ years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Language: Proficient in Chinese and English
- Professional Skills: Experienced in planning and implementing B2B transportation business systems. Familiar with TMS and other logistics operation systems, with solid understanding of B2B order placement, scheduling, reconciliation and track&trace; scenarios.

Experience in leading logistics digital projects is preferred. Strong ability in requirement sorting, cross-department project promotion and problem solving.
