As our Supply Chain & Logistics Intern, you will step into an international FMCG environment where your curiosity and analytical thinking can create real operational value. What you'll achieve

- Turn Inventory into Insight: You will monitor and analyse stock levels, helping the team identify opportunities to optimise inventory and support smarter supply chain decisions.
- Strengthen Data Accuracy: You will investigate inventory discrepancies and contribute to more accurate, reliable processes that keep operations running smoothly.
- Connect the Supply Chain: You will support the monitoring of inbound and outbound logistics flows, gaining an end-to-end view of how products move through the business.
- Transform Data into Action: You will use Excel and other supply chain tools to contribute to reporting and analysis, turning operational information into meaningful insights.
- Build Bridges Across Teams: You will collaborate with colleagues across different functions, discovering how interconnected processes create value for the wider organisation.
- Shape Your Supply Chain Future: You will apply academic knowledge to real operational challenges while developing practical capabilities in logistics, inventory management, operations, and data analysis.

Who you are

Supply Chain Explorer





- You have a genuine interest in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related business areas.
- You are eager to understand how products, information, and teams connect across an international business.

Business-Minded Graduate

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Data-Savvy Problem Solver

- You bring good Microsoft Excel skills and are motivated to use data to uncover insights and support better decisions.
- You approach challenges with an analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and structured problem-solving skills.

Confident Communicator

- Italian Native Speaker or equivalent.
- You have English language skills at B2 level or above, enabling you to learn and collaborate in an international environment.

Curious Self-Starter

- You are proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative in a dynamic workplace.
- You bring curiosity and a growth mindset, seeing every challenge as an opportunity to develop.
