- Drive the sales operations plan and achieve agreed sales and broader performance targets for the Biosimilar & Hospital organization
- Ensure Sandoz compliance with policies and procedures
- Develop an effective sales team through training, coaching, and management of key commercial programs
- Achieve individual and team sales, productivity, and performance targets
- Create and execute business plans aligned with company strategy and standards
- Maintain existing stakeholders and develop new business opportunities
- Optimize resource allocation and manage area sales and expense budgets
- Serve as a communication bridge from Senior Management to Product Specialists
- Lead, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Product Specialists
- Manage relationships with key account decision makers, key opinion leaders, patient associations, and cross-functional colleagues
- Complete reporting and administrative requirements accurately and on time

Requirements

- Italian and English fluent
- Previous experience in brands’ strategic and tactical planning
- Able to understand the dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry
- Goal oriented and highly effective communication skills
- Preferred:



experience within Biosimilar sector, hospital and tender system
- Preferred: previous experience as Area Manager, People Manager or similar role
