This role oversees the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring excellent guest service and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include coordinating the waitstaff team, managing table assignments and reservations, and supervising food and beverage service to maintain high standards of quality and presentation. The Head Waiter will collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow, handle guest inquiries or concerns,



and support training and guidance of junior staff.
