Infrastructure Deputy Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead the strategy, engineering, operations, and modernization of our enterprise compute environment. You will be responsible for platform stability, automation, infrastructure transformation, operational excellence, and team leadership across virtualization, server platforms, and hybrid infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the strategy, architecture, and technology roadmap
- Lead engineering and operations across VMware, Linux, Windows Server, and physical server environments
- Drive platform modernization, automation, standardization, and lifecycle management
- Ensure high availability, performance, capacity planning, and disaster recovery readiness
- Lead major incident resolution and support critical production environments
- Manage infrastructure KPIs, SLAs, operational risk,



and service governance
- Oversee vendor relationships, service reviews, and infrastructure costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering and operations teams
- Support cloud adoption and hybrid infrastructure initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement, Infrastructure-as-Code adoption, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure environments
- 5+ years of experience leading infrastructure engineering or operations teams
- Strong experience with VMware, Linux, Windows Server, and enterprise compute platforms
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Python)
- Experience managing critical production environments and major incidents
- Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
