ph3Global Planning CoE Manager Demand SOP /h3 h3Position Context Mission /h3 pAs part of Campari Group's Advanced Integrated Planning (AIP) transformation, the Global Planning Center of Excellence (CoE) plays a critical role in shaping the future of Demand SOP across the organization. The Global Planning CoE Manager – Demand SOP acts as the capability owner of global demand planning and SOP standards, driving the design, governance, and adoption of a best-in-class, AI-enabled planning operating model. This role is accountable for ensuring consistent global standards, scalable processes, and strong adoption across regions, acting as a key enabler of the company's planning transformation and decision-making agility. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ol libGlobal Standards Governance /b ul liDefine and continuously improve global Demand SOP processes, models, governance, and KPIs /li liDesign and implement standard operating models, including planning cadence, RACI, and hand-offs /li liEnsure end-to-end consistency across regions, minimizing local deviations and exceptions /li liAct as guardian of data integrity, KPI definitions, and planning assumptions frameworks /li /ul /li libSOP / IBP Process Excellence /b ul liLead the standardization and maturity evolution of SOP / IBP processes globally /li liDefine and deploy global process frameworks, including FVA (Forecast Value Added) and maturity models /li liConduct regular process maturity assessments, identifying gaps and driving improvement roadmaps /li liPartner with regions to ensure effective adoption and execution of planning cycles /li /ul /li libPlanning Transformation Digital Enablement /b ul liDrive adoption of planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP) and new system capabilities /li liPartner with IT to: Define capability roadmaps and adoption plans, manage releases and prioritize enhancements, lead UAT and ensure alignment with global standards, contribute to AI-enabled planning capabilities, including agent-based solutions (forecast sensing, scenarios, data quality monitoring)
/li /ul /li libCapability Building Community Development /b ul liDefine the planning capability framework and competency model /li liAssess capability gaps and drive upskilling programs and learning journeys /li liBuild and nurture a global planning community, promoting best practice sharing /li liEnable planners to adopt data-driven and AI-supported decision making /li /ul /li libChange Management Adoption /b ul liAct as a change leader, driving adoption of global standards across regions /li liCoach and influence regional stakeholders without direct authority /li liEnsure proper training, communication, and documentation for all process and tool changes /li liBalance global consistency with business needs, avoiding fragmentation /li /ul /li libCross-functional Integration /b ul liAct as global point of contact for planning in enterprise transformation initiatives /li liEnsure integration of Demand SOP with Supply, Finance, Commercial, and Innovation processes /li liCollaborate with: Regional Planning CoEs and teams, Global Supply Chain other CoEs, IT Business Partners and HR /li /ul /li /ol h3Experience Background /h3 p8-10 years in Planning and SOP roles, with increasing responsibility /p pProven experience in global or regional planning leadership and transformation programs (IBP) /p pExperience in process design, standardisation, and operating model definition /p pExposure to multinational FMCG / CPG environments, multi-region and multi-category: comfortable to navigate a matric environment /p h3Education /h3 pMaster's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain /p h3Functional Technical Capabilities /h3 pKnowledge of data models, KPIs,

The role is classified in accordance with the Industria Alimentare collective labour agreement - level Quadro.
