Per la nostra divisione di Industrial Cybersecurity, con sede a Prato, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/una:

ICS CYBERSECURITY EXPERT La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team dedicato alla sicurezza industriale e supporterà i clienti nell’analisi delle architetture e delle tecnologie OT, nell’identificazione di vulnerabilità e criticità e nella definizione di soluzioni e strategie di cybersecurity concrete, sostenibili e conformi agli standard di settore.

Grazie all’esperienza maturata in ambito remediation e system integration, contribuirà alla progettazione di roadmap di sicurezza e accompagnerà il cliente nelle fasi decisionali e progettuali, fino all’avvio dell’implementazione operativa.

Attività La persona selezionata sarà coinvolta principalmente nelle seguenti attività:

- Eseguire assessment e attività di cybersecurity OT presso aziende industriali e infrastrutture critiche.
- Analizzare architetture ICS/SCADA, reti industriali, processi di segmentazione, esposizione dei sistemi e strategie di remediation.
- Analizzare le infrastrutture OT dei clienti, identificando vulnerabilità, criticità e rischi di sicurezza.
- Fornire consulenza tecnica per la progettazione di soluzioni di cybersecurity personalizzate.
- Collaborare con i clienti nella definizione di strategie di sicurezza, piani di miglioramento e roadmap evolutive, valorizzando l’esperienza in remediation e system integration.
- Redigere documentazione tecnica, relazioni di assessment e procedure operative, assicurando conformità agli standard di settore.
- Supportare i clienti nella definizione di strategie di sicurezza efficaci e coerenti con framework e normative di riferimento, quali IEC 62443 e NIST.
- Collaborare con il team di Ricerca e Sviluppo (R&D;) nello sviluppo di nuovi servizi e soluzioni tecniche in ambito cybersecurity industriale.
- Partecipare a incontri tecnici con clienti e partner, contribuendo all’individuazione di nuove opportunità di collaborazione e al rafforzamento delle relazioni professionali

Requisiti

- Esperienza professionale di almeno 3 anni in ambito cybersecurity, preferibilmente in contesti industriali o infrastrutturali complessi.
- Conoscenza tecnica di dispositivi di rete OT, quali router, switch e firewall, nonché dei principali protocolli industriali e delle soluzioni di sicurezza per ambienti industriali (ad esempio SRA, NIDS, anti-malware).
- Conoscenza delle topologie di rete, dei protocolli e dei dispositivi utilizzati dai principali vendor in ambito OT, quali Siemens, Schneider Electric, Rockwell, Emerson, Honeywell.
- Conoscenza di base delle principali normative e framework di sicurezza informatica, quali ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, e dei concetti di risk management.




- Ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving, con approccio orientato alla consulenza e alla progettazione di soluzioni.
- Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari e di comunicare efficacemente con clienti e colleghi.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana (livello minimo C1).
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B2).

Saranno valutate come plus

- Esperienza maturata in società di system integration o in progetti di consulenza tecnica per infrastrutture critiche.
- Conoscenza di strumenti di monitoraggio e gestione della sicurezza in ambito OT, quali SIEM e IDS/IPS, ed eventuali certificazioni correlate.
- Conoscenza di un ampio numero di sistemi e architetture SCADA e DCS.

- Range retributivo: €40.000 - €50.000 RAL
- CCNL Commercio – 2° livello
