The Creator Acquisition & Content Lead is a full-time hybrid role based in Milan, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time.

Mission: Grow Exordi's creator network and turn it into content that makes the platform feel alive, both for clients deciding who to hire and for the world discovering Exordi exists.

Core responsibilities, in priority order:

1. Source and onboard creators daily across defined key passions. Every new creator gets a UGC onboarding brief, "here's my content, find me on Exordi." This is the job. If nothing else happens in a week, this happens.
2. Own creator density per passion as the core number, reported weekly. This is the metric the whole Instinct bet depends on. Not vanity follower counts, actual creators-per-vertical,



tracked honestly.
3. Coordinate recap reels from creators — short, current-work recaps sourced from creators themselves, not shot by this hire.
4. Package creator work into client-facing batches — snackable, industry-grouped presentations sent on a weekly or biweekly cadence through the existing Substack/CRM system. "We got new people just for you."

Secondary, only once 1–4 are running smoothly:

- Repurpose creator showcase content for Exordi's own channels (company LinkedIn, etc.). This is the one that gets dropped first if the role is overloaded. Carlo's personal content stays Carlo's, this isn't a ghostwriting role.

What this role is not: you're not a social media manager.

Success in the first 90 days: a defined weekly creator-onboarding rate hit consistently, first client relay batch shipped and opened, and a visible density increase in at least two priority passions.
