This role will play a key part in supporting digital transformation across planning, supply chain, and data domains, and will report directly to the IST Director Italy. /p h3Position Summary /h3 pThe bIS Data Project Manager /b will lead and support the deployment, enhancement, and day-to-day evolution of business solutions in a manufacturing transformation context, with a focus on planning, supplier collaboration, and data/reporting topics. The role will act as a key interface between local business teams, central teams, and external partners to ensure alignment, delivery quality, and adoption of solutions. The position also includes collecting business needs related to reporting and BI, supporting data-driven decision-making, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems. Based at CELINE Production (the Business Unit in charge of Leather Goods), the successful candidate will travel frequently to various Italian production sites and to Paris to ensure close support of business needs and effective project coordination. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and support IS and data projects related to planning, supply chain, reporting, and business process transformation. /li liCoordinate project activities across business stakeholders, central teams, and external vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery. /li liGather business needs, challenge requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications. /li liSupport the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business applications used in planning, supplier collaboration, and reporting. /li liEnsure functional support to end users, monitor issues, and coordinate resolution with internal and external partners.



/li liContribute to process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, data quality, and operational performance. /li liSupport reporting and BI needs by helping structure requirements, improve data availability, and facilitate relevant dashboards and analyses. /li liPrepare project documentation, functional documentation, training materials, and support change management activities. /li liFollow solution performance, user adoption, and data consistency, and propose corrective actions or improvements when needed. /li liCollaborate with solution providers and integrators for project follow-up, support, and roadmap discussions. /li liContribute to the governance of IS and data topics by ensuring alignment between business priorities and system evolution. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pRequirements At least 3-5 years of experience in Industrial IS, or data project management, ideally in the fashion, luxury, manufacturing, or supply chain environment. Proven experience in managing or supporting business applications related to planning, supply chain, operations, or reporting. Experience in project delivery involving cross-functional stakeholders, external vendors, and change management. Good understanding of data, reporting, and BI-related topics, including business requirement collection and support for decision-making tools. Experience with platforms such as Anaplan, TesiSquare, or similar solutions is a strong plus, but expertise in all of them is not required. Experience in Microsoft Power Platform tools (PowerBI, PowerApps, Power Automate) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at different levels. Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
