br / if qualification activities require field visits, coordinate with the Inspection and Qualification department; br / /liliPrepare bidder lists according to project and product requirements; br / /liliIssue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for proprietary and critical equipment/materials, leveraging also e-Procurement systems; br / /liliReceive suppliers’ offers and ensure proper tracking and archiving within Group systems; br / /liliLiaise with thetechnical departments of the involved Tecnimont companies to technically evaluate offers, according to the required level of detail and project dynamics; br / /liliPrepare and issue commercial evaluations to the MB Manager for strategic assessment and decision-making; br / /liliSupport ProjectTeams by highlighting the main reasons for eventual extra budgets and proposing mitigation actions; br / /liliProvide cost input for proprietary and critical equipment/materials cost models to support budgeting and internal benchmarking activities; br / /liliManage operational relationships with suppliers and maintain effective communication with vendors throughout procurement activities; br / /liliConduct commercial negotiations with suppliers, when appropriate, in alignment with the MB Manager; br / /liliAssist the MB Manager in the customization of back-to-back contracts according to project, product, and supplier requirements; br / /liliIssue purchase orders in SAP once project numbers are available; br / /liliIssue purchase orders autonomously for products covered by framework agreements and approved price lists; br / /liliGather and maintain relevant supplier data, including revenues, Group intake, delivery performance, and quality KPIs; br / /liliSupport the MB Manager in interfacing with internal company functions, including Business Development, Engineering, Legal, and Project Control departments; br / /liliAssist in drafting recommendations for award, where required; br / /liliSupport the handover of awarded contracts to post-order functions; br / /liliReport regularly on procurement and buying activities; br / /liliEnsure compliance with internal procedures, methodologies, and procurement protocols; br / /liliSupport and cooperate with the Project Procurement Manager / Coordinator during project execution in case of commercial issues with vendors, including claims, change order requests, Liquidated Damages discussions, and contractual matters; br / /liliContribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes, supplier management activities, and internal coordination workflows. /li /ulpbr / /ppRequired Qualifications Skills: /pulli4/6 years of Purchasing experience; br / /liliExperience operating within international and challenging environments; br / /liliExperience in end-to-end tender management (RFx process); br / knowledge of e-Procurement systems is considered a plus; br / /liliExperience in supplier negotiation on both commercial and contractual Terms Conditions; br / /liliExperience in contract preparation and commercial documentation management; br / /liliSAP knowledge for procurement and supplies management; br / /liliAbility to interface effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams; br / /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities and operate within complex project environments; br / /liliStrong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting situations; br / /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills in English; br / /liliTeam player with the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships; br / /liliGood computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP; br / /liliAvailability totravel in Italy and abroad for short periods. /li /ulpbr / /ppPreferred Qualifications: /pulliDegree in Civil Engineering is considered a plus; br / /liliTechnical diploma (e.G. Surveyor/Geometra) may also be considered, provided the candidate has previous experience within medium-large companies, preferably EPC contractors or international construction companies; br / /liliPrevious experience in the procurement of construction materials for civil projects,
