including the design and deployment of advanced monitoring, reporting, and verification systems. /p /lilipIntegrate socio-environmental due diligence into global operations, aligning with international frameworks, emerging regulations, and evolving business needs. /p /lilipShape the corporate sustainability competency framework through research, stakeholder engagement, training, and upskilling—empowering teams to embed sustainability into everyday decision-making. /p /lilipDrive cultural and operational transformation, proactively engaging and motivating stakeholders, fostering innovation, and ensuring strong alignment with the company’s long-term sustainability objectives and the principles of a just energy transition. /p /li /ulh3Your background /h3ullipBachelor's Degree in Sustainability, Social Science, Environmental science, Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. /p /lilip3–5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental engineering, project management, or social impact roles, preferably within the manufacturing, energy, or other complex global industries. /p /lilipStrong knowledge of ESG frameworks, regulations, and disclosure standards, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable strategies across operations. /p /lilipProven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively, exercising sound judgment, adaptability, creativity, and cultural sensitivity in dynamic environments.
