The business serves global markets and is currently strengthening the procurement function as part of a broader organizational development plan. /ppThe role reports directly to the bItalian General Manager /b and will have full ownership of the bprocurement function for the Dubai branch /b, with responsibility for purchasing processes, supplier management, cost control, operational continuity and local team coordination. /ppThe position combines operational accountability with a strategic mandate to strengthen procurement governance, improve supplier base management and align local purchasing practices with the Group’s industrial objectives. /ppThe Purchasing Manager will oversee the full procurement function, covering direct and indirect materials, MRO, spare parts and technical services. The role includes leadership of a team composed of buyers, warehouse supervisors and a material planning specialist. /ppThe objective is to improve operational standards, streamline processes, enhance MRP and master data governance, and implement structured sourcing practices within a centralized procurement framework. /ppThe position works closely with Planning, Operations, Engineering/Maintenance, Finance and supporting functions, contributing to procurement budgeting and cost control. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliDefine procurement strategy for direct and indirect materials,
