A leading global investment management firm is seeking an experienced compliance professional to establish and lead its European compliance function. We are looking for: • 10+ years’ EU asset management compliance experience • Strong knowledge of relevant regulation, SGRs, UCITS management companies and AIFMs • Experience across MiFID II, DORA, xrdbqlu AML and cross-border passporting • Professional fluency in English/Italian • Confidence engaging with regulators, senior stakeholders and global teams
