Whether you're an aerospace engineer, production specialist or operations expert, with us, you will work on technology that leaves the lab and flies in the real world. /p h3The Role /h3 pAs we scale the production and international delivery of our cargo drones, we are looking for a hands-on Logistics Shipping Manager to take ownership of incoming and outgoing goods, international shipments and dangerous goods logistics. /p pYou will organize the transport of drones, components, spare parts and lithium batteries within Europe and worldwide. You will ensure that shipments are correctly planned, packed, documented and executed in compliance with applicable transport and customs requirements. /p pThis is a broad, operational role. In addition to shipping, you will support goods receiving, inventory accuracy, warehouse organization and material flow to production. When needed, you will also work alongside the production team with picking, kitting, packaging and hands-on manufacturing activities. /p pWe are looking for someone who is highly organized, practical and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a "get it done" spirit. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liPlan and coordinate domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments /li liSelect and coordinate freight forwarders, couriers and transport partners /li liPrepare shipping, customs and export documentation,
including commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin /li liOrganize dangerous goods shipments, particularly lithium batteries, in accordance with applicable ADR, IATA DGR and, where relevant, IMDG requirements /li liEnsure the correct classification, packaging, marking, labelling and documentation of dangerous goods /li liCoordinate dangerous goods topics with carriers, freight forwarders, the company's Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser and other external specialists /li liReceive deliveries and verify quantities, condition and accompanying documentation /li liRecord goods receipts, stock movements and shipment information accurately in Odoo /li liCoordinate shipments of drones, batteries, spare parts, tools and equipment to customers and operational teams /li liManage returns, repairs and replacement shipments /li liMonitor transport costs, delivery performance and recurring logistics issues /li liDevelop and maintain logistics, warehouse and dangerous goods procedures within the FlyingBasket Quality Management System /li liIdentify bottlenecks and continuously improve shipping, receiving and material-flow processes /li liSupport drone assembly, packaging and other production activities when required /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liAt least three years of experience in logistics, shipping,
warehousing or supply-chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment /li liPractical experience preparing international shipments and working with freight forwarders and carriers /li liExperience shipping dangerous goods, particularly lithium batteries /li liKnowledge of ADR and IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations relevant to the shipper's responsibilities /li liCurrent dangerous goods training or certification appropriate to the role, or the ability to complete the required training immediately /li liExperience preparing customs and export documentation /li liGood understanding of Incoterms, commodity codes and import/export processes /li liExperience using an ERP or inventory-management system; experience with Odoo is an asset /li liA structured and detail-oriented working style, with a strong focus on safety and compliance /li liA hands-on mindset and willingness to support warehouse and production activities /li liStrong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills /li liEnglish minimum at B2 level /li liValid work permit for Italy (EU) /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liReal responsibilities and challenges from day one /li liA broad role with ownership of logistics and shipping processes /li liFull-time position on-site /li liSalary range for this position depending on experience and seniority is €30K–45K /li liAvailable accommodation for the first weeks /li liAdditional accident insurance coverage /li liFruit, coffee, snacks and lunch are provided at headquarters /li liTeam-building activities including hikes and walks in summer, skiing and sledging in winter, and more /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
