You'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact projects focused on Business Integrated Planning, with a strong emphasis on the Anaplan Planning Solution. Location: Milan – Missori (hybrid work model) What will you do?
~ Lead and contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle—from conceptual design to successful implementation.
~ Analyze and define functional requirements across key planning processes: Budgeting, Sales Forecasting, Supply & Production Planning, Distribution Planning, and Consolidation.
~ Guide and mentor junior consultants, fostering their growth through hands-on training and technical leadership.
~ Work primarily on projects within the High Fashion sector, collaborating with top-tier brands. Are you a flexible,



results-driven professional with a passion for digital transformation? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy helping clients achieve tangible outcomes? A Master's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent), preferably from a top-tier university or business school.
~2 - 5 years of experience in leading consulting firms or in planning functions (Supply Chain or Financial Planning) within major Consumer Goods or Retail Fashion companies.
~ Hands-on experience with Anaplan (experience with similar planning platforms such as Board is also highly valued), including technical solution delivery.
~ Solid understanding of planning processes across Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales.
~ Interest in the Consumer Goods and Retail industry.
~ Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
~ Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (knowledge of other European languages is a plus).
~ Premio: Anaplan certifications (Model Builder or Solution Architect).
