The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Client Advisor to join a prestigious luxury beauty and fragrance brand in the heart of Milan. With a strong heritage and a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, the brand combines tradition and innovation to create highly personalised and memorable client experiences.

As a true Brand Ambassador, you will embody the brand’s values and heritage, guiding clients through its world of luxury beauty and fragrance. Your product expertise, storytelling ability and commercial mindset will play a key role in building client loyalty and driving boutique performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience, consistently reflecting the highest standards of luxury service.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall performance of the boutique.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and effective use of CRM tools.
- Share the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship and product expertise, providing tailored beauty and fragrance recommendations.




- Identify and maximise sales opportunities through cross-selling and a consultative approach.
- Act as a true Brand Ambassador, representing the brand’s values and identity at all times.

Profile

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail, premium beauty, fragrance or cosmetics.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and commercial KPIs.
- Excellent communication, storytelling and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-first mindset.
- Solid experience in CRM and clienteling, with the ability to develop long-term relationships with a discerning clientele.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are highly appreciated.
- Proactive, adaptable and commercially driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
