Skills & Requirements
Student or graduate in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
Basic understanding of digital marketing, paid campaigns, social media ads, or marketing automation (experience with any ad platform is a plus)
Excellent written and spoken English (B2+) and at least one of the following as native/near-native: Italian or Spanish
Attention to detail and strong time‐management abilities: able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines without losing accuracy
Curiosity for user behaviour, growth, and digital products
Passion for fitness, wellness, and tech is a big plus
Previous experience (even small projects or university work)



with performance marketing, campaign reporting, or data analysis is a plus
Here's what you will take care of
Support campaign planning and execution: Assist in creating, launching, and monitoring paid campaigns across social and digital channels.
Audience segmentation and targeting: Help define audiences, analyze performance data, and support strategies to reach the right users at the right time.
Analyze campaign performance: Track KPIs (clicks, conversions, ROAS, engagement, etc.) and help turn insights into actionable recommendations.
Support A/B testing and optimization: Contribute to testing creatives, messaging, and audiences to continuously improve campaign results.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with CRM, Brand, Content, and Product teams to ensure campaigns align with launches and overall growth strategy.
Assist in reporting and organization: Keep campaign dashboards and documentation up to
