WHAT YOU WILL LEARN You will collaborate with your tutor in supporting the Line to facilitate people life cycle management; precisely: · Involvement in all HR key processes (Salary Review, Budget, Workforce planning, Training Management, Performance Management, Organizational management); · Involvement in full life cycle recruitment; · Development/international mobility career path – training plans; · Support in data driven analysis of the various HR specific topics.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR · Master's degree in economics/law/philosophy. Post-Graduate Master in HR management is a plus; · Fluency in English and good communication skills.
