Role Description This full-time, on-site Commercial Consultant role is based in Rozzano and involves working directly with commercial property owners, tenants, and investors. The Commercial Consultant analyzes market trends, identifies opportunities, and advises clients on leasing, purchasing, and selling commercial spaces. Daily activities include conducting property visits, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating commercial contracts, and maintaining accurate records of listings and transactions.



The role also requires building and nurturing a portfolio of clients, coordinating with internal teams to support marketing activities, and ensuring that all activities comply with relevant real estate regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate principles, local market dynamics, and property valuation methods.
Proficiency in client relationship management, including consultative selling, negotiation, and post-sale follow-up.
Ability to conduct property and market research, analyze data, and prepare clear reports and investment recommendations.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a concise, accessible manner.
Comfort with digital tools and office software (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation software) used in real estate and consulting.
