Supply Chain Specialist – Order Management & Customer Operations Location: Quattordio, Piedmont, Italy Industry: Industrial Manufacturing / Supply Chain Employment Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: On-site About the Role An established organisation in the industrial manufacturing sector is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support the management of a strategic customer account and progressively take ownership of the relationship and operational process. Working alongside a senior team member initially, the role will gradually assume responsibility for managing the end-to-end flow from customer order confirmation through to final delivery. The position is ideal for someone with experience in supply chain, order management or customer operations who is comfortable coordinating across production, planning, procurement and logistics to ensure reliable and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders following quotation and order confirmation. Act as a direct point of contact with the customer's procurement team throughout the order lifecycle.



Monitor and manage customer delivery plans and agreed timelines. Coordinate internally with Production, Planning and Logistics to ensure delivery requirements are achievable.
Continuously align: Customer orders Production capacity Material availability and procurement lead times Delivery schedules Proactively identify and manage operational issues, including delays, material shortages and changes to production plans. Provide regular order-status updates and reporting to customers and internal management. Ensure agreed delivery deadlines and on-time delivery targets are achieved. Support the senior team member in managing the strategic customer relationship during the initial onboarding period. Progressively take greater ownership of the customer account and associated operational processes.
