Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages (NWPB)
Location: Assago (Milano)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
7+ years of experience in Learning & Development , ideally complemented by previous experience as an HR Business Partner , enabling a strong connection between people development and business strategy
Significant experience gained in global, premium-brand organizations , with exposure to international stakeholders and complex matrix environments.
Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary €65.000,00 + annual premio.
Position Summary
Lead the Learning & Development agenda for NWPB, ensuring learning priorities are aligned with business transformation, premium segment growth and market needs. Accountable for learning governance, compliance training, capability building, L&D; technology ecosystem, vendor management, budget governance and learning impact measurement across markets.



Act as a strategic partner in shaping and implementing the NWPB Talent Management Strategy, ensuring that learning and capability-building priorities accelerate the development of critical talent, strengthen succession pipelines, support internal mobility, and build future-ready leadership capabilities aligned with business transformation and growth objectives. Scope: Global NWPB Reports to: Head of Talent & Engagement NWPB
What are the responsibilities?
Define and drive the L&D; strategy aligned with NWPB business priorities.
Design and govern development journeys for key talent, successors and leadership populations, ensuring readiness for future business needs and critical roles.
Establish governance of mandatory training, compliance tracking and audit readiness.
Lead deployment of Learning Management system and digital learning ecosystem.
Identify capability gaps and translate them into learning solutions.
