We're growing fast — and that means a lot of new hotels to bring on board, properly. THE ROLEWe're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to own the moment that matters most: the first weeks after a property joins Cora.
You'll set up new hotels, train their teams, and make sure Cora actually gets used — by housekeepers, maintenance staff, and front office people who often have never worked with a management tool before. Then you'll stay with those accounts: watching adoption, solving friction, spotting where Cora can do more for them.
Here's the thing: the best person for this job has worked in a hotel. If you've spent a year at reception,



you already know what a stressful check-in looks like, why the housekeeping report is always late, and how a GM talks. That's knowledge we can't teach — everything else, we can.
Direct hospitality experience — even just 1 year at reception, front office, or guest relations. Fluent Italian and English. Spanish is a strong plus.
You don't need a technical background; No previous SaaS or Customer Success experience required. Own the onboarding of new properties end to end: setup, configuration, staff training, first weeks of usage
Run training sessions on site and remotely, in Italian, English, and Spanish
Monitor adoption across your accounts and step in before a customer goes quiet
Be the go-to contact for your properties — the person they actually want to call
Collect and structure customer feedback, and bring it to the product team
Help us build the onboarding playbook: you'll shape how we do this, not just execu
