As we continue our growth journey, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Team Lead to lead our operations team while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day business.

As Operations Team Lead, you will oversee freight forwarding operations, support and develop a small team, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. Lead and manage the daily activities of the Operations department
Support, coach, and develop a small team of operations professionals
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and applicable regulations
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery




Collaborate closely with commercial and management teams to support business growth

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding operations
Experience across sea freight, air freight, and/or multimodal transport is an advantage
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
Customer-focused and proactive approach
