- The role will manage Group Insurances programs and initiatives,



enforcing policies and procedures at Group level and managing effectively Brokers and Insurance companies.

Responsibilities:
- Work with Brokers and the business to gather & review renewal information for corporate insurance arrangements
- Lead all the main policies’ renewal process to ensure the programme renewal is cost effective with broad policy cover
- Make recommendations for rating, wording and insurers to Management
- Identify property acquisitions and sales, and all other key indicators to ensure insurance arrangements are up-to-date, premiums agreed with insurers and premiums billed to subsidiaries as appropriate
- Identify and spot any risk under/over insured within the Business and make recommendations for effective management of the risks
- Communicate effectively and timely with the organisation on cover arrangements, premiums and recoveries
- Review and negotiate
