As an Intern Contract Manager specialized in Vendor Recovery, you will be engaged by BH on the following tasks:
- Manage vendor recovery claims.
- Identify defects in collaboration with project, site, quality, and engineering teams.
- Perform root cause analysis and collect supporting evidence.
- Review purchase order terms to validate claims.




- Prepare accurate claim dossiers, including BH and customer-incurred costs.
- Negotiate claims with vendors in coordination with the sourcing team.
- Support transfer of key contractual provisions to vendors and partners.
- Contribute to quarterly contract management reviews focused on vendor recovery.
- Capture contractual lessons learned and drive process improvements.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Law (with technical background in Oil & Gas/Energy), or Economics.
- Strong analytical skills in contract clauses and basic contracting knowledge.
- Claim negotiation and early dispute resolution mindset.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; fluent English.
- Good organizational and project management skills in a global, matrix environment.
- Ability to work with remote teams.
