FrieslandCampina is looking for a Logistics Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategic customer collaboration, operational excellence, and supply chain optimization.
- As Logistics Account Manager, you are responsible for a strategic supply chain connection with our customers. You ensure optimal logistics performance and customer delivery within the market. You quickly oversee the full supply chain, identify bottlenecks, and drive actionable solutions and account plans. You balance customer‑focused service with cost‑efficient logistics execution and translate customer needs into concrete improvement initiatives.

What we ask
- A completed university (preferably Master's) degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant supply chain experience within FMCG or Retail
- Strong affinity with and broad knowledge of logistics processes across the end‑to‑end supply chain
- Solid knowledge of PowerBI
- Strong communication skills and fluency in both Italian and English (French and Spanish language knowledge would be a plus)




- A connecting, relationship‑driven personality with excellent stakeholder management
- Competencies: customer‑focused, results‑oriented, analytical, team player, organizationally sensitive, persistent and strategic thinking
- Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus
