The Associate Director, Environmental Compliance and Sustainability is the lead role for Vantive’s Environmental Compliance Strategy and execution, as well as sustainability strategy and goal execution.
In addition to providing strategic leadership for developing and deploying environmental compliance policies, management system elements, sustainability goals,
and other related programmatic activities, this position is also responsible for leading all aspects of key environmental technical projects across Baxter while effectively managing both internal and external resources.
This role provides leadership for proactively advancing global, multi-media Environmental Programs while actively promoting enterprise-wide EHS risk mitigation.
The individual in this position builds collaborative partnerships and involves stakeholders, influences key business decisions, functional and operational strategies to ensure that the company is positioned for success on completing its external sustainability commitments.
