GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform is a joint-venture between Generali and Accenture and provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies. Our purpose is to accelerate the Group's innovation and digitization strategy through the Cloud and shared platforms. Based in Italy it has 5 branches across Europe and employs about 1.000 people.
- Advising GOSP Board of Directors (BoD) and GOSP quotaholders meeting on legal and corporate matters that may arise in the development of its business and on corporate affairs related matter. This includes managing all the activities related to GOSP BoD and shareholders’ meetings, preparing the BoD agenda in coordination with the Chairman, the CEO as well as GOSP top management, as well as ensuring the updating,



archiving and custody of company documents
- Supporting General Counsel function with drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and related matters both towards suppliers and internal Generali affiliates
- Supporting the GOSP Surveillance Body: management of the meetings, preparation of the agenda in coordination with the Chairman and with internal technical functions, arrangement of the meetings, support to the Chairman in preparing the minutes, attending the meetings, ancillary activities
- Coordinating and supports GOSP Branches (including non-Italian ones) to ensure all required activities are carried out and that the appropriate documentation related to GOSP corporate and legal activities is prepared and recorded
- Monitoring the implementation of Group Regulation within the Company
- University degree in Italian Law with final evaluation not lower than 100/110
