We are looking for

Payroll Manager

As Payroll Manager, reporting to the Country Controller, you are responsible for generating and ensuring accuracy of salaries calculation,



income taxes and other salary related fulfillment.

You are responsible for guaranteeing declarations to authorities and payments corresponding to legal demands.

You are responsible for managing and leading the salary department team according to H&M; values and guidelines.

Job Description:
- Oversee and direct payroll procedures._
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations_
- Being a business partner, supporting requests by answering daily questions and exceptional challenges
- Manage the planning, execution and accurate processing of the weekly / monthly payroll processes on systems
- Oversee and direct payroll procedures including timekeeping
- Oversee processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, salary updates) and system upgrades
