We are seeking a Fixed Income Sales professional to join the Institutional Sales team who will operate as a Sales/Trader focused on institutional fixed income markets, reporting directly to the Head of Fixed Income Sales.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while contributing to the continued growth of our Fixed Income business.Key ResponsabilitiesManage and develop relationships with a broad base of institutional clients, including Italian and international dealers, Hedge funds,Real money investors (asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies), Family offices, Other financial intermediaries and institutional investorsExecute transactions on a riskless principal basis primarily on Government Bonds, SSA (Sovereign, Supranational & Agency) Bonds,



Covered Bonds, Securities denominated in USD, GBP, and other non-euro currenciesLeverage the Bank’s execution platform and extensive network of market counterparties to facilitate client business and trade executionTransfer and monetize an existing portfolio of institutional client relationshipsOriginate and develop new institutional client relationships across domestic and international marketsContribute to revenue growth through active client coverage and business developmentRequirementsMinimum 7 years of experience in fixed income sales, trading, or intermediationExperience gained at Italian and/or international banks, brokers, or financial institutionsStrong knowledge of Government bond markets, SSA markets, Covered bond markets, Institutional fixed income trading dynamicsEstablished network of institutional clients with demonstrable revenue-generation potentialStrong commercial mindset and relati
