Our contract covers the interior design of the property, preparation of the schedule of works, management of the construction works, and the design and manufacture of bespoke furniture.Our team is based outside Italy. Design, specification, programming, procurement and cost management are all handled in-house by our existing staff. What we need is a trusted representative on the ground.You will be our eyes and ears on site: attending the villa regularly, dealing directly with the main contractor and trades on our behalf, checking that what is being built matches what we have specified, and reporting back to us clearly and promptly.This is a liaison and monitoring role rather than a design role. You will not be asked to originate the design or manage the budget,



but you will need enough technical literacy to read our drawings and specifications, understand what you are looking at on site, and hold a competent conversation with an Italian contractor about it.The Director is closely involved and will direct and support you throughout. We are looking for reliability, judgement and honest reporting rather than seniority. It is a defined part-time commitment that can sit alongside your existing work.What you will do
