You work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor guidance and solutions, shaping customers' cloud journeys at scale. This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic leadership and customer obsession.

- Keep AWS environments healthy while reducing cost and complexity

- Operational experience
- Experience with data analytics or using metrics xbvzest to identify problems
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of technical engineering experience
- Experience with cloud offerings and distributed systems (Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data, Security)
- Internal enterprise or external customer-facing technical leadership experience
