Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership:Supervise, train, and motivate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure Aman's exacting standards are consistently met.
- Quality Assurance:Conduct rigorous daily inspections of guest rooms, suites, corridors, and public areas, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and perfect aesthetic presentation.
- Guest Experience:Anticipate guest needs, seamlessly accommodate special requests, and resolve any housekeeping-related concerns with grace and efficiency.
- Inventory & Amenities:Oversee the management of linens, luxury amenities, and cleaning supplies. Ensure stock is accurately inventoried and beautifully presented in guest rooms.




- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:Work closely with the Front Office to manage room readiness and with the Engineering/Maintenance team to report and resolve technical defects promptly.
- Compliance & Safety:Ensure the team adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as the property's standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the housekeeping department of a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Languages:Fluency in Englishand Italianis required.
- Skills:Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and excellent time management.
- Leadership:A positive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to mentor a diverse team.
- Flexibility:Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the resort.
