The Guest Relations Agentserves as the primary ambassador of the Aman spirit. You will be the main point of contact for our guests, ensuring their journey—from pre-arrival to departure—is seamless, personalized, and memorable. We are looking for a storyteller and a host who can anticipate wishes and build genuine connections.

Key Responsibilities
- The Art of Welcome:Orchestrate seamless check-ins and check-outs, welcoming guests not merely as customers, but as personal guests of the house.
- Experience Curator:Act as a proactive host/hostess, curating the stay in details.




- Anticipatory Service:Intuitively understand guest preferences to anticipate needs before they are spoken, creating "surprise and delight" moments.
- Cross-Department Coordination:Liaise closely with Housekeeping, F&B;, and Spa teams to ensure every request is executed flawlessly and discreetly.
- Guest Advocacy:Handle feedback or complex requests with grace, emotional intelligence, and immediate problem-solving skills.

Key Requirements
- Experience:Proven experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office role within a 5-star luxury hotel or high-end boutique property.
- Language Skills:Fluent in Englishand Italian.
- Personality:High emotional intelligence, immaculate grooming, genuine passion for hospitality, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
