Business Unit: Personal Care

Reports to: Supply Chain leader for Western and Central Europe

Are you ready to lead logistics transformation across Western Europe for a dynamic and growing Personal Care business? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Logistics Manager to drive end-to-end logistics operations, elevate service performance, and shape the future of our supply chain.

This is a high-impact leadership role covering key markets including Italy, France, BeNeLux, Spain, DACH, Portugal, and the Nordics.

ensuring seamless customer deliveries, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Logistics Operations Leadership
- Own and lead all logistics activities across the WE Personal Care market: warehousing, transportation, value-added services, and more.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards across internal teams and logistics partners.
- Drive OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) and CSL (Case Service Level) performance to exceed customer expectations.

2. 3PL/4PL Management
- Identify, onboard and manage relationships with logistics providers including 3PLs, 4PLs, carriers, and LLPs.
- Negotiate contracts together with our Procurement function, monitor performance metrics, and ensure cost control and service excellence.

3. Cost Management & Optimization
- Own the logistics budget - identify and drive opportunities for cost transformation.
