MacGregor is seeking Senior Service Engineers specializing in Mechatronics, Mechanics,



Hydraulics and/or Electrical systems to join our newly established Service Team in Trieste.

In this role, you will lead and execute service activities including the repair and maintenance of marine equipment, such as deck machinery, hatch covers, RoRo and cranes, along with MacGregor and third-party systems. As a senior team member, you will operate independently while providing guidance and coaching to junior colleagues and delegate work assignments to subcontracted teams when required.

This role requires extensive European travel to client sites, shipyards, and vessels. Given our global client base, high flexibility is essential. Our office is in Trieste for local assignments, so living within reach is required.What you’ll be doing
