- Lead Engineering, Product, and Design across an organisation of approximately 50 people
- Drive an integrated technology strategy serving patients and therapists
- Translate company priorities into clear direction and roadmaps
- Balance user needs, clinical impact, business value, scalability, and long-term sustainability
- Create conditions for Engineering, Product, and Design to operate as a cohesive, outcome-oriented organisation
- Represent Technology and Product at leadership level and communicate trade-offs, constraints, risks, and business implications
- Ensure a scalable, secure, and reliable technology platform
- Foster a pragmatic engineering culture focused on simplicity, maintainability, and impact
- Manage technical debt, architecture, and platform evolution
- Shape and champion the organisation's AI strategy and culture
- Establish AI governance aligned with clinical, ethical, security, and regulatory standards
- Lead, coach, and develop senior leaders across Engineering, Product, and Design




- Build a low-ego culture with meaningful ownership and open challenge of decisions
- Ensure customer-centred delivery through customer insight, experimentation, data-informed iteration, and high-quality execution

Requirements
- Significant leadership experience within Engineering or Technology, with meaningful responsibility for Product and cross-functional product development organisations
- Strong technical foundation and credibility, including understanding architecture, challenging technical decisions, and evaluating technology trade-offs
- Strong product judgement, balancing customer value, business priorities, engineering sustainability, and execution speed
- Track record of delivering successful digital products and scaling technology organisations in high-growth environments
- Experience in regulated or highly trust-sensitive environments such as healthcare, fintech, or other data-sensitive pl
