Kafka + Java Staff Engineer at BairesDev
We are seeking a Kafka + Java Staff Engineer to architect and implement high-throughput, distributed streaming solutions. You'll combine deep Apache Kafka expertise with advanced Java development skills to build scalable, resilient data pipelines and event-driven architectures. This role requires both technical leadership and hands-on development to deliver mission-critical streaming platforms.
What You'll Do
Design and architect enterprise-scale Kafka streaming solutions.
Develop high-performance Java applications that integrate with Kafka.
Build and optimize distributed systems and microservices architectures.
Lead technical initiatives and guide engineering teams.
Implement event-driven architectures and real-time data processing pipelines.
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.
What We Are Looking For
8-10 years of overall software engineering experience.
Deep expertise in Apache Kafka and streaming technologies.
Advanced Java development skills for building distributed systems.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture patterns.
Experience with distributed systems design and implementation.
Proven track record in technical leadership and mentoring.
Advanced level of English.
