We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our Marketing department.
The ideal candidate will assist in promoting ICS Milan through various channels, including social media, blogging, and event documentation. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing within an educational setting.
Responsibilities:
Documenting school activities and events through photography and/or videography;
Managing and updating the school's social media platforms;
Create new and engaging graphic designs for activities and events;
Assisting with website content updates and writing engaging and informative articles for the school's “news and events” section;
Providing support during school events, including setup and promotion.
Objectives:
Develop proficiency in managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies.
Gain hands-on experience in supporting the implementation of digital processes, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems,
contributing to streamlined workflows and improved efficiency in marketing operations;
Gain experience with content management systems (CMS) for website management, enhancing digital content creation and publishing abilities;
Develop familiarity with email marketing platforms and techniques, acquiring valuable skills in targeted communication and audience engagement.
Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field;
Proficiency with online trends and tools, with a keen eye for social media strategies and content creation;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.);
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
