We are looking for a Junior Tax Consultant / Dottore Commercialista to join our growing Private Client & High Net Worth Individuals Tax team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional who is interested in advising high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and internationally mobile clients on their personal tax affairs and wealth structures.
The role
Working alongside senior members of the team, you will be involved in a broad range of Italian and international tax matters, including:
- advising high net worth individuals and private clients on Italian personal taxation;
- supporting clients with cross-border tax matters, including residency and international mobility;
- assisting with wealth planning and succession matters, including the tax implications of trusts and other wealth-holding structures;
- preparing and reviewing Italian tax returns and related compliance requirements;
- carrying out tax research and preparing technical analysis on complex Italian and international tax issues;
- assisting with the structuring of investments,



business interests and personal assets from an Italian tax perspective;
- working with colleagues and external advisers on international private client matters.

Previous experience in private client, personal taxation or international tax would be advantageous, although we are also open to candidates with a broader tax background who are keen to specialise in HNWI work.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a motivated Dottore Commercialista or junior tax professional who is keen to develop a career in private client advisory.
You will ideally have:
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience;
- a strong interest in Italian and international taxation;
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- a high level of attention to detail and a commercially minded approach;
- strong written and verbal communication skills;
- good English-language skills, given the international nature of the client base;
