WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Support on after-sales and give solutions of various LSOs within Europe.
- Support on pre-sales and give solutions of various LSOs within Europe.
- Support on project´s revision for special projects.




- Support to specific few customers directly.
- Creation and maintenance of a document general library internal and for LSOs
- Creation of technical bulletins with explanation to our service team
- Provide help, documentation, and proactive approach for training
- Go on site when necessary to establish first diagnostic & provide solutions
- Contact with factory for specific topics
- All above are related to main activities 2 and 3 (ANNEX1)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Technician in thermal field
- Experience of minimum 5 years in after sales business, related to Commercial Refrigeration /Chillers/Rooftop or equivalent
- General Skills in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- Proficiency in using specific software in the refrigeration sector
- English fluent
