Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking remote Customer Support Advisor to work from Portugal. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, log details, and resolve issues within SLA while promoting products.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, has customer service experience (sales is a plus), and can work rotating shifts Mon-Sat 08:00–19:00 with Sundays off and one rotational day. Contract: 6 months with renewal.
