As the Program Owner with European scope, you will lead a core initiative to enhance Last Mile delivery capabilities, directly contributing how JD Logistics delivers parcels to customers across Europe. Design and deploy scalable frameworks and standardized operating procedures applicable across all EU operating countries, ensuring seamless program expansion aligned with strategic business objectives.
Drive process improvements across several operational domains including performance management, demand planning or fleet damage and repair management.
Lead the development and execution of program enhancements such as capacity planning or design of the Last Mile Delivery infrastructure.

Performance Monitoring & Operational Excellence




~ Analyze and monitor delivery performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities in collaboration with local operations teams throughout Europe.

Orchestrate cross-functional alignments with key stakeholders, including Procurement and Local Operations to drive the implementation of solutions that resolve relevant Last Mile Delivery challenges.

Fluent spoken and written in English
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience in last mile delivery sector, fleet management
Proficient in Office software and strong data analysis skills
ideally in a multi-cultural environment
