As an experienced Business Manager forTurin agency,
you will act as a true intrapreneur responsible for developing and managing your business unit within the engineering consulting environment.
Business Development
Build and develop your own client portfolio in the Industry sector
Conduct phone prospecting and in-person client meetings
Understand client challenges and propose tailored consulting solutions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Promote Abylsen’s three engagement models (technical assistance, service center, work package)
Recruitment & Team Management
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit top consulting engineers
Manage, support, and retain your team through active career follow-up
Profit Center Management & Coaching
Manage and optimize the profitability of your business unit
Coach and develop 2 Business Engineers already in place
Support the future growth of the Milan or Turin team
You will join the Italian subsidiary (created in 2021) and report directly to the Country Director. We offer a
